BOOTS ON THE GROUND...
We are hard at work ensuring that the voice of the union carpenter is heard. 

In Atlanta, two political action days were held for the Ossoff & Warnock campaigns. On December 12, nine member volunteers planted 180 signs. Many thanks to (pictured, left to right: Tammy Tatum (Local 225), Ricky Williams (Local 256), Brett A Hulme (Local 256), Mark Brown (Local 225), Rigo Davilla (Local 225), Daniel Hicks (Local 225), Bo Garrett (Local 225), Vincente Rumbo (Local 225), Orlando Franquez (Local 225) and Mungu Sanchez from the Eastern Atlantic Carpenters Regional Council.

The following week, on December 19, 15 members volunteered and lit dropped to more than 300 doors!  Many thanks to Local 225 members (pictured left to right): Tammy Tatum, Arnulfo Zapata, Ainsworth Byfield, Rigo Davilla, Francisco Chico, Daniel Hicks, Bo Garrett, Mark Brown, Brett A Hulme (Local 256), Orlando Franquez, Trammel Winchester, Vincente Rumbo, Quintavcy Harris, (not pictured) Marc Moore, and Eleuterio Pedro Medranol.

In Savannah, eight members volunteered for Local 256’s Get Out the Vote (GOTV) political activity on Tuesday December 15. These volunteers stuffed, labeled, sealed, and stamped 200 letters, and also made 132 phone calls to fellow Georgia union carpenters. Many thanks to (pictured left to right): Tim Grayson (retired), Vernon Reffitt, Mark Imbrigiotta, Sean Pressburg (apprentice), Meddy Settles, Bonnie Bordeaux (retired), Rick Wilson, and Brett A Hulme (not pictured).

In Augusta, 12 members volunteered for Local 283’s Get Out the Vote (GOTV) political activity on Thursday December 17.  These volunteers stuffed, labeled, sealed, and stamped 1300 letters, and also made 102 phone calls to fellow Georgia union carpenters. Many thanks to Local 283 members Graham Yoch, Coley Couch, William Harris, Al Farrer, Don Solki, Charles Hodge, Quenton Lanham, Seth Serrano, Pat Garner, Dave Goodwin (retired), Dan Morris, and Brett A. Hulme (256). It was truly a great night!
