Congratulations to the Summer 2024 class of SECRC Apprentice and Journey-Level Leaders! These brothers and sisters participated in the UBC Department of Education & Training Leadership Development program at the International Training Center in Las Vegas.
Journeymen “300-hitters” completed the UBC Journey-Level: Building Leadership for a Strong Future program. Members develop leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills, learn to engage with newer brothers and sisters and lead by example, all while promoting positive work environments and job productivity. 3rd Year Apprentices completed the 3rd Year Apprentice: Helping Build Our Industries program, where members gain a greater understanding of the Brotherhood and the construction industry and of the role union members play in the success of both.
