Hello Georgia members! We have built an excellent track record of Lobby Days over the last few years, and 2025 will keep that streak going! This year, because of other Council activities (outage season and two Leadership Conferences in March), we are hosting three smaller Lobby Days at the state Capitol in Atlanta:

Thursday, February 27
Monday, March 3
All three Lobby Days run from 7 am to 2:30 pm. The SECRC will provide breakfast, lunch, mileage, and transportation to the Capitol. If you live 100 miles or more from the Local 225 Union Hall, the Council will pay for a hotel room the night before the event.
Join us! Reserve one of the 10 slots available for EACH LOBBY DAY. To qualify for this activity, you must:
- Be a member in good standing
- Work for a signatory contractor to receive lost wages for the day
- Register in advance so that we can make plans for you to meet with YOUR State legislators
- Contact your Local’s Business Manager to reserve your spot
There are 10 slots available for each Lobby Day. Registration for each Lobby Day will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL’S BUSINESS MANAGER ASAP to participate in this popular program!
