A big shout-out to Brian Carter, a 33-year union carpenter and member of Augusta Local 283, for his outstanding service to the Council. For the last 20 years, Brian has served as a Trustee on the Council’s Executive Board and, for the last several years, was a presenter at Council meetings to give the Trustees’ report to Council delegates. Brian retired from the E-Board recently and was recognized at our latest Council meeting for his years of service.  Thanks, Brian!
