Local 74 Member Reaches Lifetime Goal of Becoming a Journeyman Carpenter

Congratulations to Mr. Steven Hart, who earned his journeyman certificate at the March 15th Local 74 union meeting. Steven was really proud to achieve this as he said it had been his goal since he was a young man. Steven (on the right) is presented with his certificate by David Hall (left), carpenter instructor at the Tri-State Carpenters and Millwrights Training Center in Chattanooga. Great job, Steven!
