Raymond has also been an E-Board member for the Council since 2007. Raymond is responsible for making great contributions from inside the Savannah Training Center, where he began instructing in 2003. He was promoted to Training Coordinator in 2016. Raymond follows Meddy Settles, the long-time Local 256 Council Representative, who recently retired.

Jeff specialized in scaffolding and heavy form concrete when he worked on his tools. He now represents Local 1209 following the retirement of former Council Representative Tim Burns.

In Pelham, Alabama, Local 318 is now represented by Jay Schuelly, a 13-year member.
